It couldn’t be said enough, but it is very fair to say that CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan has done more to raise the profile of Ireland in the last year than the millions that has been spent on tourism and business advertising. Plenty of our associated brands have not done bad by him either.

In his recent exposure of the Emerald Isle, he covered the Russian military naval exercises off the coast of Ireland. After a wee chat with some of our Irish Maritime Champions the Russian’s agreed to move them further away after Irish fishermen vowed to disrupt them.
